Keto Whipped Cream

Looking for something healthy, sweet and delicious; I made this delicious keto friendly whipped cream. It is so delicious that even my hubby and kids approved it. I’m being honest, we are obsessed! At the same time, I am so glad that I found this Keto Blueberry Granola, that my friend Vil at @VILCALIZ shared on her Instagram Page. Thanks to her I was able to know that Keto Granola existed. Yay! It goes perfectly with this recipe. So here is my recipe. Let me know if you liked it. It is easy to make and only needs 4 ingredients.

At the end make sure to download your FREE Recipe Card that I made easy to print and to keep. Woohoo!

In a clean bowl pour the heavy whipping cream, the vanilla or almond extract and the sugar. Mix with a hand mixer or a stand mixer starting in low speed in low speed and then to medium speed once the cream thickens slightly.

Whip the cream until soft peaks start to form. It should take approximately 5-6 minutes.

Serve in a cup and pour the Keto Blueberry Granola on top. Enjoy!

You can also transfer it into a sealed container and store in your fridge for up to 3 days.

Dieting or eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or without flavor.

Another delicious way to use the Keto Blueberry Granola or any Keto Granola is by taking it out of the package in a bowl plate and pouring almond or coconut milk. Healthy, delicious and a keto friendly way.
