Who doesn’t like donuts? And even better when they are healthy donuts. Right?! If you didn’t know June 5, 2020, was National Donut Day; so that day I decided to make some donuts. But not any kind of donuts; donuts that will be delicious, flavorful, and healthy. If you know me, I’m always looking for ways to make any kind of food but in a healthy way. My daughter loves donuts so that was another reason why I wanted to make this type of donuts. They are easy to make and delicious. I was so excited about how this recipe turned. Even my kids approved it.

First, preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Then mix the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, stevia sugar, and salt. Then add the melted butter, vanilla extract, egg, and unsweetened almond milk. Mix well and pour it into the desired mold. Here I used a Mini Donut Mold.
Bake them for 10-13 minutes. (Remember that it depends on the size of your mold, here I used a mini donut mold). Let cool completely and add the desired topping.
For the topping, I used melted sugar-free chocolate chips and peanut butter. Mix well and pour into the donuts.
