If you didn’t know one of my favorite’s desserts is definitely Cheesecake. I have tried many different recipes, but sometimes you don’t.t taste the creaminess of the cream cheese, and for me that is a no go. So I came up with my own recipe that is extremely delicious and creamy. Even both of my kids approved it and they are obsessed. It is a simple healthy recipe that anyone can make and that would satisfy your sweet cravings.

The dough will be crumbly. Then pour the mix into an 8 inch baking pan that have been greased or lined the bottom with parchment paper. Press the dough into the bottom and bake for 10-13 minutes or until slightly golden. After the crust is baked, let rest for approximately 10 minutes.
Cheesecake Filling: In the meantime, put the cream cheeses and the stevia sweetener in a bowl and beat at medium speed until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time and mix well. Lastly, add the vanilla extract and mix.
Pour the filling into the pan over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick comes clean. After its baked, let it cool for a little bit and then remove the cheesecake from the pan, by passing a knife around the edges to see if the cheesecake is stuck. Refrigerate and serve with desired topping.
Cheesecake topping: For the topping, I used some frozen berries, pecans, stevia sweetener and Keto Granola. Put all the ingredients into a sauce pan and warm them until everything is well combined. Then let it cool and pour it on the cheesecake.
This recipe is so delicious and creamy; I just can’t wait to make this Healthy Keto-Friendly Cheesecake again. My kids and I loved it. Yummy!
